Hourly Rates
No mimimum hours
Families who just want some extra support as they add a new family member, first-time parents who want to learn the ropes.
- Lots of hands-on teaching and help getting organized
- Typically used for daytime shifts over the first 3-6 weeks, but overnights are welcome too.
100 hours minimum
Families who want more support, but aren't sure what their specific needs are.
- Maximum flexibility - schedule is made week to week based on your changing needs
Consistent Care
Minimum of 24 pre-scheduled overnight shifts (10 hour minimum)
Families who know they want solid, consistent coverage over a period of weeks or months.
- Base schedule must be determined up front (e.g. 3 nights a week for 12 weeks)
- You are welcome to add more time at the same rate
72 consecutive hours+
Families who want the ULTIMATE support of a doula by their side 24 hours a day as they bring their new baby home.
- Custom packages available for longer term 24/7 care

Postpartum Doula Suggested Packages

First time Parents
You want to learn baby care, you want your questions answered, but you want to do it on your own. You have family and friends to help, but you want an expert too.
- Overnight the first night home (7p - 7a)
- 3 visits/wk for 4-6 weeks, as desired beyond that
Package: Flexible Care
A Good night's sleep
You want your baby sleeping through the night as early as possible (which is typically around 12 weeks adjusted age), and you don't want to be sleep deprived. Especially helpful (dare I say - necessary?) for multiples!
- 10-12 hr. overnights
- 3+ nights/wk for a minimum of 10 weeks
Package: consistent care
Cesarean Care
Not only do you have a newborn, you're recovering from surgery! Having the physical support of a doula means you'll be on the mend in no time, and you can rest and relax while she takes care of you.
- 7 day live in or overnights
- Overnights for a min 3-4 weeks
Package: live in + consistent care
Multiply Blessed
A doula will move in with you until your childern leave for college. No, but seriously.
- Live in for 2-3 weeks minimum
- Overnights for 12-16 weeks

Package Add-Ons
All classes are private, in your home, tailored to your needs
$250 ($700 for 3 classes)
- Baby Care & Soothing Class (pre-birth)
- Infant CPR training - for up to 4 people
- Breastfeeding Prep Class with an IBCLC
- Grandparents prep class
- Babywearing consultation - $50 (added on to baby care class or doula visit)
POLICIES:
- Day shift - min 4 hours, Overnight shift - min 8 hours, 10 hours recommended
- Weekends and Holidays subject to shift upcharge (at our discretion)
- 24 hour shift cancellation policy
HOW PAYMENTS WORK:
- 25% deposit on package minimum at contract signing, applied at the end of your time with us.
- You will be billed weekly via email - payments can be made via cash, check, or credit card.
- You are welcome to add more timeat the same rate or upgrade your package at any time.
