Happy Family After provides postpartum care, newborn care, baby sleep training, and new parent support to all kinds of families in New York, NJ, CT, PA, and beyond!

Our experienced Postpartum Doulas and Newborn Care Specialists provide comprehensive support, guiding parents to become confident in caring for their baby. Our caregivers are inclusive, with experience supporting LGBTQIA+ families, single and adoptive parents, and parents utilizing fertility treatments. We support multiples, babies with medical needs, reflux, and colic and work with parents who body and formula feed, plus moms and dads with many parenting styles, PPD, medical concerns, and sleep issues.

We believe with good help, the first weeks of parenthood CAN be restful and joyful.
